Facilities Support

Our GMP storage facilities have 40 pallet spaces at 15-25°C (one item per location) as well as temperature controlled storage at 2 – 8°C, and -20°C. The storage areas are continuously monitored and alarmed. IMP Baprol is based in Lubin, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, Poland with excellent road links and close proximity to motorways and an international airport. The warehouse is security monitored and alarmed 24 hours a day

IMP can work with any IRT or manual ordering of clinical trial materials for shipments to clinical sites.

IMP Baprol has an approved contract analytical laboratory. Expert advice can be provided by IMP regarding analytical requirements. These services can be provided, as required as part of our QP advice service.

For any studies that have sites in Great Britain we will work with our colleagues at IMP Pharmaceutical Services UK to assist with IMP importation and release through the GB QP oversight process. They can also provide GMP storage and distribution, as a 'hub' service following the GB QP Oversight process. Alternatively, clinical supplies can be shipped directly from the EU IMP Baprol warehouse to GB sites.

Support for Your Needs
Your point of contact will provide a bespoke communication plan to suit your needs throughout the lifetime of your project. A project plan may be provided in a suitable format to meet the needs of your business and your project. A Quality (or Technical) Agreement will be discussed and agreed to cover your project, which will include roles and responsibilities for all parties, this is in addition to the Technical Specification which covers the technical aspects of the project work required at IMP Baprol.
​​​It is our preference to use experienced global courier services who provide full traceability of products, are GDP compliant and with whom we have full and established Quality (Technical) Agreements. We are also happy to work with customers preferred suppliers where appropriate contracts and agreements exist.
